JungleMail for Office 365 | Configuring settings
To get the most out of JungleMail 365, you will want to adapt it to your personal preferences and needs. In this tutorial you will learn how to configure JungleMail 365's general settings. The tutorial is divided in the several options you have. They are outlined below as well.
- Change From and Reply-to addresses
- Add additional report recipients
- Set time zone
- Adding sending accounts
Note: You should have an "Administrator" permission role to see and modify these settings.
Open other settings
To begin, open the JungleMail 365 app. Now click on Settings in the top right corner and select "Other". Here you will be able to find all the settings that directly affect JungleMail 365's features and functions
Add additional report recipients
You are also able to specify additional report recipients. These recipients will receive a report of every completed JungleMail job. This feature could be useful if you want to keep track of the records and reports of sent campaigns,
Note: The JungleMail Job author will receive this report by default.
Set time zone
You are also able to change your time zone.
Adding sending accounts
You are also able to add new sending accounts to Junglemail.
Start by opening the Sendings Accounts tab.
Here you can see your current sending addresses and add new ones.
You will also be able to configure the options for Sending Accounts for other JungleMail users in your organisation.
