Allowlisting JungleMail servers

If you are using JungleMail for Office 365 built-in mail server to send internal newsletters, you must update your organization's spam filter settings by allowlisting the built-in server IP address(es) to make sure your emails are delivered.


IP addresses

Newsletters sent through the JungleMail's built-in mail server use the following IP addresses.
IPs for JungleMail for Office 365 app (service hosted in the US):
  • 192.174.91.57
  • 192.174.91.58

IP for JungleMail for Office 365 (EU) app (service hosted in Europe):

  • 147.253.222.114

IP for JungleMail for Office 365 (AU) app (service hosted in Australia):

  • 147.253.222.114

IP for  JungleMail for Office 365 (UK) app (service hosted in UK):

  • 147.253.222.114

IP for  JungleMail for Office 365 (CA) app (service hosted in Canada):

  • 192.174.91.57

Newsletters sent through the JungleMail Mail Server use the following IP addresses.

IP for JungleMail Australia Mail server (service hosted in Australia):

  • 52.189.236.102

IP for  JungleMail Europe Mail server (service hosted in The Netherlands):

  • 13.81.210.166

IP for  JungleMail UK Mail server (service hosted in UK):

  • 51.132.20.62

IP for  JungleMail Canada Mail server (service hosted in Canada):

Note

JungleMail for Office 365 services are hosted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud servers.


Allowlisting IPs in Exchange admin center

To access the Exchange admin center, you must have Microsoft 365 admin permissions.

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with your Office 365 admin account at https://aka.ms/admincenter.

2.  Under  Admin centers, select Exchange.

3. Under protection, select connection filter.

4. Click the pencil icon to edit the default connection filter policy.

5. Click connection filtering.

6. Under IP Allow list, click the plus sign.

7. Add the IP address that you want to whitelist, then click OK. Repeat steps 6-7 to add several addresses.

Important

In addition to allowlisting JungleMail servers, we strongly recommend adding your sending address to the Safe Senders List in Outlook. This will ensure the highest analytics report accuracy and automatic image downloading in your newsletters.
